General Shipping Policies

eurocabdoor.com uses third-party freight carriers and parcel delivery services. Carriers assume responsibility of the orders while in transit. Orders will process and ship within 5-15 business days (Monday thru Friday), but can sometimes ship sooner. There will be changes according to different items. Please contact our customer service for specific circumstances. Processing time does not include transit time. eurocabdoor.com does not guarantee delivery dates and is neither liable nor responsible for unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, so please allow for potential delays in transit time or other delays caused by supply chain disruptions. The website generated shipping quote is not guaranteed. We will contact you by email or phone after the order is completed to give you the exact shipping price. eurocabdoor.com reserves the right to modify shipping estimates at our discretion to account for changes in rates or fuel costs. In addition to our regular ordering and shipping policies, we have some policies that apply to our assembled cabinet orders (all other ordering, shipping, and receiving terms and policies apply)…

Standard door-to-door service

Customers will receive email alerts once the cabinets have been shipped from the manufacturer and transported to the last mile terminal, from where home delivery takes place. Once the terminal receives the cabinet, the customer can be notified via phone and email within 1-2 business days to schedule a home delivery date. The delivery service provider will not schedule a delivery appointment nor record the delivery until the cabinet is received at the final terminal. Customers will receive an automated call the day/evening before their delivery date at which time they will receive a 4 hour window delivery timeframe for the next day. The driver will also call approximately 30 minutes to an hour before arriving home on the day of delivery to confirm that the truck is on the way.

Holidays that will effect delivery

Dear Customer
We want to keep you informed about our delivery and phone schedule during the upcoming
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays:
Thanksgiving: Closed on Thursday for Thanksgiving.
Phones will be open the following day (Friday).
Christmas and New Year's: Normal deliveries until December 22nd.
No deliveries from December 22nd to January 2nd.
Normal deliveries resume on January 5th.
