Email Confirmations

Confirmations and receipts are sent directly to the email you provided to us. If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your junk or spam folder.

Payment Security

We use the Address Verification System (AVS) to verify the address of a person claiming to own a credit card. If your card does not match your billing address then payment will be declined. If your bank is showing pending charges, you will need to call your bank to release the funds back into your account.

Updating Your Billing Information

Your billing address can be updated/edited in two places:
•During Checkout on Step 1 (click Update Billing Information)
•On your My Account page (click on Account Information). There you can update or change your Bill To Information.
